Each of the design and strategy sessions below are what we call, Catalyst Sessions: a 4h. block via Zoom where we focus not just on the results, but the process, intricately weaving the threads of your Brand’s message into the tapestry of your multi-media visual story and brand strategy.
The shared screen and screen-control options allow us to offer feedback in real time to avoid endless emails back and forth.

We come together to review your messaging questionnaire, and in a recorded interview style, we crystalize your brand message and audience, explore how to put it into action with copy that sells.
Alternatively we can use this time to review your web copy or open cart/launch copy/welcome sequence etc.

A 60-minute shared-screen Zoom call where we clarify your site goals, outline content, and map out your visitor’s ideal journey. Here we mockup a sample Homepage and wireframe your entire site for your approval.

Your photography really makes your site shine. If needed, we’ll outline all photography needs from the initial wireframe, suggest photographers if you don’t have one, and provide a creative brief and Pinterest Board for your shoot.

We create beautiful, cohesive, and user-friendly websites that embody our clients’ brand identities. Our expertise lies in digging into the psychology of your key demographic(s) and nudging them towards conversion by building a visually engaging, intentional and intuitive online presence.

It’s a smartphone-driven world out there, which means most of your website’s traffic will occur on mobile. That’s why we will pay extra special attention to your site's mobile designs. We don't just "optimize" for mobile, we create separate design files for your mobile site to ensure the UX/UI is mobile-friendly.

You receive two revisions throughout the design process, these are 45-minute Zoom shared screen live calls. The first is scheduled after the Home Page is designed is in it’s first draft. And the other is about when the site is 90% done, approximately 2-weeks before intended launch date.

You will receive a Loom Video Recording that walks you through your site and gives you a detailed tutorial on how to make edits and build new pages yourself. This will exist as a living reference you, and your team, can return to as needed.

Messaging + Brand Cohesion Catalysts are often 4-hour sessions with a pre-session questionnaire and post-session notes or PDF. All deliverables are promised within a 2-week period. While you have Luna and team, use them — bring your questions to the table, and get answers.
The thing that sets us apart is how we minimize revisions, email back and forth, and expedite the process by doing most initial design sessions on a shared screen so approvals are happening in real-time. Branding is usually a 3-4 week process. Websites are an 8-week process and have two revision live calls.

A la carte services are only available to brands that we’ve developed. This can include, but is not limited to: Brand Imagery Direction, Website Graphics, Social Media Assets: Templates and Banners, Image Bank, Product Packaging Design, Stationary, Business Cards etc.
When you become a client you receive an itemized a la carte menu with pricing that you can reference for add ons at any time.

We find that branding is full-spectrum and that taking a holistic approach to creating your brand identity from the ground up will serve you more in the long-haul than piecemealing it, and make you more memorable as a company. So that’s what we do.
We usually don’t design or build websites for brands that we haven’t developed the brand identity for. On occasion, if you have a detailed Brand Style Guide we will make an exception.
