When I was in my greatest time of challenge and really stepping into my purpose my Mentor challenged me to see what she saw in me. Through her fierce love and clear reflection I was able to move through the misbeliefs I had adopted that were really holding me back and reclaim my power and sovereignty. From there, I was unstoppable.
My greatest passion and mastery is to guide you in remembering who you are and what you came here to give so you can share yourself with confidence and ease.
Each year I am humbled to welcome a small number of committed clients to work with 1-on-1.

My zone of genius is a mix of listening to our nervous systems informing us, hearing the subconscious cues underneath what you share, providing neutral inquiry for greater self-awareness, offering energy efficient strategy, and somatic practices to aid you in acknowledging the unacknowledged.
We make the unconscious conscious, so that you can reclaim your power and own the narrative that is your life and your business (they work together).

How it works
1-on-1 mentorships are limited to a small number of committed and sincere individuals each year who are ready to make a high-level investment in themselves, take responsibility for their choices, and have the willingness to step into aligned action.
▶︎ Mentorships are a 6-month commitment.
▶︎ 60 minute sessions are every other week and done from anywhere via Zoom.
▶︎ You have email and Voxer access to me with a 48-hour turn around time (excluding weekends)
▶︎ Access to additional unlimited 30-min phone check-ins.
▶︎ We share a Google Drive folder with all your session notes, recordings, templates, resources, exercises etc.
About your Mentor
I’m your truth-telling, shadow-walking, trauma-informed, nervous system exploring, woman of devotion.
With over 13 years as a Coach, a Masters Degree in Spiritual Psychology, and certification in multiple interdisciplinary healing arts practices, my work lies at the intersection of exploring what it means to welcome the full-spectrum of life’s experiences as a way to inform the legacy you’re here to leave.
My passion is helping women founders and entrepreneurs find alignment within themselves so they can make their impact, be nourished spiritually AND financially and find more freedom.
